This offer can be availed by the Members on all Company’s Flipkart Wholesale Stores located Pan India (“Store”). Members shall be entitled to receive certain benefits under this offer. The offer details are enumerated in “Offer Details” below.

1. Members are entitled to receive free delivery on all products purchased from the Company’s e-commerce website at https://www.flipkartwholesale.com/bestprice and application (collectively referred to as the “Platform”) during the Offer Period (defined below).
2. Members will get free delivery on all orders placed on the Platform.
3. This Offer is valid till Jun 30th, 2025 (“Offer Period”).
4. No coupon code is required to avail the Offer.
5. The delivery charges will show as zero on the checkout page of the Platform.
6. The minimum order value to avail free delivery is 5000.
7. This Offer will be applicable for deliveries between 0-30 Km from the store.
8. The minimum bill value criteria for shopping from the Platform shall be applicable.
9. If the Participant makes any purchases from the list of merchandise set out under the list available at the link https://www.bestprice.in/bestprice/v/Excluded_Items,the amount paid for such purchases shall not be included in calculating the Minimum Purchase Value for these Offers. To avoid doubt, the Participant should have the Minimum Purchase Value by purchasing products from the Platform which are not included in the list available at the aforementioned link.

2. Company’s decision regarding all matters under the Offer shall be final and binding on all Members. The Offer is not transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be encashed.
3. Company reserves the right to, in their discretion, cancel, vary or suspend/ withdraw/ extend the offer for any reasons without prior notice without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
4. Participation in this Offer shall be voluntary. By participating in this Offer, the Member fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions as well as the decisions of the Company which are final and binding in all matters related to the Offer.
5. Company are not responsible for any loss, injury or disappointment of any Member participating in the offer for any factors which are beyond its control.
6. In case of any abuse or misuse of the offer, the Company reserves the right to disqualify any Member at its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time, without specifying any reason.
7. By entering the offer, the Members agree not to make any claims (including special, indirect and consequential losses) against the Company or its directors and employees and any losses, claims and actions arising out of this Offer, shall be at the sole liability of the Member.
8. Employees of the Company their dependents, agencies associated with this Offer and their employees shall not be entitled to participate in this Offer.
9. Company shall not be held responsible for any factors which are beyond its control. Any misuse of this offer shall entitle the Company to disqualify the participation of the Member in the Offer.
10. The Member shall indemnify and hold the Company armless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorneys fee) that may be suffered by Company as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions of this offer; (ii) violation of applicable laws by Member; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the part of the Member.
11. All government levies like sales tax, TDS, any local tax, octroi etc., shall be payable by the Member as applicable at the time of the respective offer.
12. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
