1. This offer is valid only for purchases made from Best Price Modern Wholesale Stores operated by Wal-Mart India Private Limited (“ Wal-Mart”) located Pan India (“ Stores”) during the Offer Period (defined below).

2. Offer is valid only for purchases made on Best Price ecommerce Website & App (“ Digital Platform”).

3. Members registered under the Membership Policy of Wal-Mart (“ Member”) who have never placed any orders on the Digital Platform are eligible to participate in this offer.

4. Offer period shall be 1 ^st September 2020 to 31 ^st December 2020 (“ Offer Period”).

5. Exclusions-

(i) This offer is not applicable for orders placed for fulfilments centers;

(ii) Members placing orders on BDA App is not eligible to participate in this offer;

(iii) Any Member placing its first order on BDA App and subsequent order on Digital Platform during Offer Period, shall not be eligible to participate in the offer.

(iv) Coupon code is not applicable on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

6. The minimum bill value criteria for shopping from the Digital Platform shall be applicable.

7. The Member shall be eligible to receive a maximum of 15% discount upon purchase of merchandise worth Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) or above (inclusive of taxes) from the Digital Platform.

8. The Member shall receive an instant discount of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) by using the code “HELLO” while making the payment on the payment gateway on the Digital Platform. Member shall be eligible to receive the remaining Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) discount by way of a coupon code which the Member shall be eligible to use for his/her shopping from the Digital Platform (“ DiscountCoupon”).

9. The Discount Coupon shall be issued to the Member within 5 days of successful invoicing of the merchandise purchased as per point 8 above. The Member has to utilize the Discount Coupon within 31 ^st Jan' 2020. The Discount Coupon shall become invalid post 31 ^st Jan' 2020.

10. The Discount Coupon shall be shared with the Member by way of SMS on registered phone no within 5 days of invoicing

11.The minimum bill value criteria for shopping from the Digital Platform shall be applicable for using the Discount coupon.

12. The Member shall be entitled to receive the instant discount and Discount Coupon only once during the Offer Period.

13. Member shall not be eligible to re-use the Discount Coupon or be eligible to receive another coupon in case he/she placed an order on the Digital Platform and the entire order is either cancelled by the Member or by the Stores for any reason whatsoever.

14. In case of part fulfillment of order by the Stores, the instant discount will be adjusted on a pro rata basis from the return value of the order (inclusive of taxes). The Member shall be entitled to receive the Discount Coupon.

15. Member will not be eligible for the Instant discount & Discount Coupon in case of part cancellation of the order by him/her.

16. The Discount Coupon cannot be encashed/transferred to any other Member or any third person for any reason whatsoever.

17. Wal-Mart’s /Stores’ decision regarding all matters under the offer shall be final and binding on all Members.

18. Wal-Mart/Stores reserve the right to, in their discretion, cancel, vary or suspend the offer for any reasons without prior notice.

19. Wal-Mart/Stores are not responsible for any loss, injury or disappointment of any Member participating in the offer for any factors which are beyond its control.

20. By entering the offer, the Members agree not to make any claims (including special, indirect and consequential losses) against Wal-Mart or its directors and employees and any losses, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the Offer and acceptance of any prize, shall be at the sole liability of the Member.

21. Employees of Wal-Mart, their dependents, agencies associated with this Offer and their employees shall not be entitled to participate in this offer.

22. Wal-Mart shall not be held responsible for any factors which are beyond its control.

23. Any misuse of this offer shall entitle Wal-Mart to disqualify the participation of the Member in the offer.

24. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
