Terms & Conditions

Program Duration – 1^st April – 30^th April, 2021

Dear Best Price Members, 

Wal-Mart India Private Limited (hereinafter the “Company”) is providing (“You”) the opportunity of benefitting from the Monthly Purchase QPS Incentive Program (hereinafter the “Program”), subject to the following Terms and Conditions: 

• This Program is offered to registered business members (Omni Channel) of the Company. 

• As per the Program, eligible member shall be entitled to get certain incentives (“Incentive”) on purchasing of private branded merchandise of select categories from the Company’s Best Price Modern Wholesale Stores, Fulfilment Centre and e-commerce platform, subject to achieving minimum purchase threshold as per table below:

    Taxes as applicable shall be levied at the time of Incentive payout. 

• The Program is valid till 30^th April 2021. 

• The Program offers sale of Walmart’s own private branded merchandise under Electronics & Appliances categories under the brands (i) ONN and (ii) Flipkart SmartBuy. Please see below the eligible items in the landing page URL https://www.bestprice.in/bestprice/v/QPS_Electronics

• Purchase target i.e. eligibility criteria for the member may be achieved in multiple invoices /transactions made any time during the calendar month. Member shall be required to make purchase from 1^st to 30^th April, 2021. 

• The eligible Member’s Primary Cardholder Best Price ledger account shall be shall be credited with the Incentive as per above Incentive slabs within 28^th of the month subsequent to the month the minimum purchase criteria is met. The Member shall be eligible to redeem the Incentive against its subsequent purchases from the Company’s stores, fulfilment centre and e-commerce platform, subject to adhering to the minimum purchase value criteria applicable at each of the stores/fulfilment centre and e-commerce platform. 

• The Company reserves the right to not make payout to any Member even if the above threshold sales slabs are achieved if Member has been billed under Contract Pricing or Special Pre-Approved Rate/ Code pricing. 

• The Company reserves the right to modify/extend/suspend this Program, including commercial terms, wholly or in part as per its sole discretion, without any notice. 

• Disputes, if any, related to or arising out of or in connection to this Program, are subject to jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi. 

• In case of any abuse or misuse of the Program, the Company reserves the right to disqualify any eligible member at its sole discretion. 

• Both the parties (i.e. You as well as the Company) can terminate this letter agreement at any time upon serving a prior written notice of 7(Seven) days to the other party. 

• The Incentive is not transferable, exchangeable, redeemable for cash.
