The offer is applicable to members who are registered under Membership Policy (“Members”) of Wal-Mart India Private Limited (“Company”).

This offer can be availed by the Members at the Company’s Best Price Modern Wholesale Stores located Pan India (“Store”) and fulfilment center (“FC”). Members shall be entitled to receive certain benefits under this offer. The offer details are enumerated in “Offer Details” below.

1. Offer Details:

(i) Upon purchase of FMCG merchandise from the Company’s e-commerce platform i.e www.bestprice.in and/or Best Price Mobile App (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), Members shall be eligible to receive a cashback upto a maximum of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) on a membership card against every order placed by the Member on the Platform (“Cashback”) during the offer period.
(ii) The above offer is subject to exclusion of the list of merchandise from the total bill amount. The list of excluded merchandise can be accessed at the link:  https://www.bestprice.in/bestprice/v/Freedom_Offer. 
(iii) This Offer is available from 22^nd March 2021 to 25^th April 2021 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”).
(iv) The minimum bill value criteria for shopping from the Platform shall be applicable.
(v) Cashback shall be credited into Member’s ledger maintained by the Company within 2 working days from the date of invoice of the merchandise purchased on the Platform.

2. Member is eligible to receive multiple Cashbacks on the same card and avail discount upto a maximum of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) only during the Offer Period, subject to fulfilment of terms and conditions enumerated from Points 1(i) to (iv) as above.

3. Member cannot club multiple cashbacks against 1 (one) single transaction/invoice on the Platform to avail cashback.

4. The Member shall be required to redeem the Cashback within 45(forty five) days from the date the Cashback is credited into Member’s member ledger, failing to do so, the Cashback may be forfeited by the Company at its sole discretion. Member shall not raise any claims/demands in this regards from the Company.

5. Member shall not be eligible to receive the Cashback in case he/she placed an order on the Platform and the entire order is either cancelled by the Member or by the Stores/ FC for any reason whatsoever.

6. In case of any refund or returns by the Member, the Cashback shall be credited net of such return or refunds.

7. Member will be eligible for the pro rata Cashback in case of part cancellation of the order by him/her.

8. Company’s decision regarding all matters under the Offer shall be final and binding on all Members. The Offer is not transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be encashed.

9. Company reserves the right to, in their discretion, cancel, vary or suspend/ withdraw/ extend the Offer for any reasons without prior notice without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

10. Participation in this Offer shall be voluntary. By participating in this Offer, the Member fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions as well as the decisions of the Company which are final and binding in all matters related to the Offer.

11. Company are not responsible for any loss, injury or disappointment of any Member participating in the Offer for any factors which are beyond its control.

12. In case of any abuse or misuse of the Offer, the Company reserves the right to disqualify any Member at its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to cancel the Offer at any time, without specifying any reason.

13. By entering the Offer, the Members agree not to make any claims (including special, indirect and consequential losses) against the Company or its directors and employees and any losses, claims and actions arising out of this Offer, shall be at the sole liability of the Member.

14. Employees of the Company their dependents, agencies associated with this Offer and their employees shall not be entitled to participate in this Offer.

15. Company shall not be held responsible for any factors which are beyond its control. Any misuse of this Offer shall entitle the Company to disqualify the participation of the Member in the Offer.

16. The Member shall indemnify and hold the Company armless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorneys fee) that may be suffered by Company as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions of this Offer; (ii) violation of applicable laws by Member; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the part of the Member.

17. All government levies like sales tax, TDS, any local tax, octroi etc., shall be payable by the Member as applicable at the time of the respective Offer.

18. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
